The principals of CDS are Wayne Mills and Randall Randall.
Wayne Mills, a co-founding member of CDS with more than 35 years of experience, is a recognized industry expert in data management and intelligence analysis. Mr. Mills began his career as an intelligence analyst in the United States Army. He completed language training in Chinese Mandarin and Russian at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, CA and has served in a variety of sensitive positions in the United States and abroad. Mr. Mills has provided direct analytic support for issues of significant national importance and given numerous briefings to Cabinet and Congressional-level government officials on the results of his analysis.
Randall Randall, a co-founding member of CDS with more than 40 years of experience, is also a recognized industry expert in data management and intelligence analysis. Mr. Randall retired from the Army in 1996 after serving in a variety of Military Intelligence collection and analysis positions, and as an intelligence analyst, he became keenly aware of the importance of being able to trust your data. He has devoted the last 25 years of his career to developing innovative solutions to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of highly sensitive intelligence information used throughout the Intelligence Community.
